very poor credit home loans

Mortgage credit 511?

My boyfriend has a credit score of 511 … Too bad. I have no credit and now I not working (housewife), I was curious if anyone has had a credit rating equal to or less and received a loan inheritance? We examined the houses are that we do not know if we qualify, we treat all our local banks, and now moving on to the Internet.
