How I can get my money?

I called the company about 4 weeks and told them my situation (toll-free debt) and said it could help I would have to pay 100 pounds a month for the first month but I have to pay £ 170 per load. I ended the phone call. To the next day I received some papers to sign but I did not put in the trash. Anyway I woke up this morning to find 170 pounds had been taken from my account. Was so angry, so I called the company and said it would apply to me and promised to contact me several times that day, but it was not. then do not think I get my money back. Has anyone been in this situation before? and how I can get my money?

Go to your bank, check first that money is debt free service and free telephone support anywhere else so make sure that a direct debit has not been established, or is the money could out every month. If you are afraid is worth double-checking with an advisor at your bank. Hold the material securely to prove they did not sign. Read the terms and conditions see if anything could help solve the problem. Society Ring again and ask to speak to the person in charge and see if you can solve the problem there and then make a note of whom you speak. In terms of recovering money from your Financial Ombudsman may also be able to help.
