Do not have a credit rating be a problem?
I have no credit score. Never had a card credit, never had a loan, and go to college without student loans. Simply, I am free of debt. I have seen that the debt problem has caused the people in my life, and I do not intend to cross. My question is, will not have a credit score hurt me in the future?
Finance is what I do in life and as long as your rich and never have to borrow money then it is not a problem. But, however others, like most people in this world will to borrow money to buy a car or a house, there will be a major problem. Credit scores are based on the following factors: 1. Payment History (plus, better) 35% 2. Time in office (the longer the better) 15% 3. Types of credit (a mixture of material and temperament) 10% 4. New credit of (new accounts and surveys) 10% 5. A credit debt (lower the better) 30% for those with the best score and profile you need 3-4 credit card accounts (renewable) with balances of less than 30% of their limits and 2 cars, houses, motorcycles, computers, furniture or personal accounts (delivery), all with good long payment history. Without this information to base a decision on any lender is obliged to assume that credit risk and to base its decision accordingly.
