What book would be a citizen of UK and EU citizens for tips debt elimination?

Hello, I live in the U.S. and I am a market research report of debt and need to find an English author who wrote a book on the topic of personal debt elimination. Also could simply be an author of the EU. In the U.S., Suze Orman and Dave Ramsey two American authors who may or may not be popular in your country. I need to find a competitor in country. Martin Lewis offers a completely free and well respected online website for advice on the UK in a wide range financial issues. The site is http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ .. I understand that this is not a book, but I would say it is both an author as the person who wrote a book! Although this is not looking, well worth a visit.
