bad credit mortgages canada

Is this a bad idea to buy a CMHC mortgage insurance to buy a house?
My friend is thinking of buying a home in Ontario. He's young and beautiful, about 20 years, and he could buy another house, where he founded a family. He asked me if it is a bad idea CMHC mortgage insurance to buy a house? Did you put a black dot on your credit file and effects on buying another house later? I have also heard everyone from October to Canada has a 20% buying a house. Is this true?
No, you do not put 20%. But if you do not need mortgage insurance – either CMHC or another company to borrow from a lender Canada key. There is a sliding relationship, with more than 5% and reducing to nothing in a 20% down. This is not a matter of choice, it is unlikely to obtain a mortgage without it. This has nothing to do with your credit card or next home purchase. What happens is that in October the CMHC will provide mortgage over 40 years or those who have less than 5% down. The other mortgage loan insurers have followed suit and some large banks have already implemented the policy.
