Need a loan to refinance the land, purchase of mobile home with a poor credit score?

My husband and I make 80,000 a year. But our credit score is approximately 500. No matter what we do. We can not seem to raise. We own the financial institution where we live and the history payinh perfect with them. But it is reported to a credit bureau. I tryed many companies over the years and has refused every time. We need someone to take a chance us.
