poor credit refinancing
Does anyone know of a lender to refinance an existing home with a 5 months ago w / right person for bad credit?
I am looking to refinance my home because I have an adjustable interest rate increased two times to raise about $ 400 payment. I refinanced before, but I listed my house and 5 months ago nobody will refinance. I need help fast or I was headed Forclosure !!!!!! I took my house off the market 5 months ago. I worked with a lender who said that could help. She told me not to pay my house payment for September, because I have to close and then I called her every day to not return to me and got me 30 end in me that my credit score dropped nearly two points! I finished paying my house payment delay, then finally got a hold of the lender and she said there was nothing I could do until my house was taken off the market for 6 months (which will be the beginning of February)
