poor credit mortgage loans

moving mortgage but poor credit?
I have a property worth £205,000 i owe 100k on it. my mortgage deal runs out next month and so i would like to move my mortgage somewhere else to get a good deal. my credit rating is not very good at the moment, no defaults, just that i tried to get a loan and was refused and tried somewhere else and was refused again, i understand that this has an adverse effect on your score. i would like to move my mortgage and take an extra 15k on top to clear my debt. do you think i will have any problems getting the mortgage seeing as there is equity in the property?
Like some already mentioned. It should not be a problem at ALL.
A ride in the park.
You should however check your credit score/ report before applying to avoid any damages to it.
And like others mentioned there are plenty of deals for remortgaging: regular mortgage, adverse credit mortgage, Self Certification Mortgage, Commercial Mortgage, Offset Mortgage, Tracker, Fixed Mortgage, Capped Mortgage, Interest Only.
Banks want to play with you, play with them. Grab the deal, use it…and leave after.
