mortgage loans with credit score under 600
Big mistake on Question-mortgage?

Sorry, mistyped a number on my credit score last question (if it happend to see it) anyway I have a score of 643 now (Equifax) and up to 633 last month. SCOR through my officers of the three is still less than 600 im sure, should I wait 2 or 3 years to pay off my truck to build credit, I note that the student loan and a car now, I recently paid my bill and that is why the score this past month. They said the worst case, the rate is 7.5% in a pre-qualification of 250,000 that the cost would be around 2000 for the mortgage and taxes. Should I continue, or simply wait, is a huge stuggle to pay, but it could be that I just wouldnt have to buy furniture or anything to put in a home time. I do not want prices out of reach in the next 2 years, all but the logical point of view, I suppose that life can be uncomfortable, no cable. What is a decent guy to me, Im in Fredericksburg, Virginia, by the way

Student loans and car loans will not help your score Credit esp. If you try to get qualified for a mortgage because the monthly payment on a student loan and auto loan is added to your responsibility and affect your income / debt ratio. Sometimes the lender may require you to pay before they go to approve your application. To build your credit history, the best way is to pay all your bills on time, including utilities. Do not carry credit card balances. Your score is approximately 600 and is regarded as fair, but not too bad for the 7.5% is not too bad for you. You may pay for not getting an interest rate and the lowest point in the loan application to reduce closing costs. This allows you to make your mortgage payment more affordable.
