how to raise credit score after foreclosure

I have a credit score and 510 Im going into foreclosure.?

I used to have terrible credit (we're talking about 480) and, finally got a 510 with no late payments in recent years. Then, with the market, as it is now I have no choice but to leave my hobby. Im scared my credit score is already low, will not hurt to rent an apartment, after being banned! I do not need to buy another house but want to make sure Im is going to have another place to stay. No suggestions on what I can do to increase my credit score or assist in their time in the foreclosure process? I demand on my part that is paid, but the man never returned to court paid as promised, and now can not find it anywhere. I intend to delete my files in 7 years will be in February next year, but how can I clear that without it, or pay again?

Time has a 510 or 430. No matter, both are terrible!
