Why do I have many credit card offers as well?

I know that credit card companies have access to information credit insurance, but what exactly have access? My husband and I Beacon scores over 800 and receives an average of four credit cards or refinance offers every day! I think I have two questions: 1) What are the data they use for "screening" in all of us these offers? They use our labels or something else? 2) How I can leave?
