debt relief act h.r. 3648
Do you live in a residence of 2 years to qualify for main residence relief under HR 3648?
I am puzzled about the definition of principal residence under HR 3648 Act Mortgage Debt Relief. It appears that say you must have lived in your residence at least 2 years before the IRS considers that is not their primary residence and allow the limitation or cancellation of debt apply to this misunderstanding them.Am me or is a source of confusion for others too. Please help.
