Are there banks or institutions that can assist companies in distress with fund?

I know of a company in distress, however its potential is good if lent a helping hand. The company is run by technocrats. It has a negative net worth with substantial debts. I reiterate that it has every ability to perform very well and can generate a good balance sheet if turned around.

Funds crunch was there but it has eased now.Tell that company to submit project to the bank and payback system.It is not you to decide,
