I don’t want to be a lawyer anymore. What can I do?
I hate being a lawyer, but I am so deep in debt from school I have to have a job that pays enough to cover my loans or I’ll forever be in debt.
What can i do part-time to change my career? What classes or programs are available or better yet what can I do with my law degree besides practice???? I frikkin can’t find anything I am qualified for besides being a lawyer and even the market for my current job ( contract attorney) may be at an end if more legal work gets outsourced to India….

What are your hobbies? Start there are see if that could be a career. Also, have you looked at other areas of law? I know that lawyers specialized in one area but why can’t you do somthing else in law? Such as enterntainment, environmental, etc. Have you considered being a lobbyist? All that require is voluntarying for a campaign. You have a lot more options than you think – “think outside the box.”
