debt market wikipedia

Since Real Madrid are non-profit organization, what are their goals then?
By Wikipedia definition:
“A non-profit organization (also not-for-profit) is an organization that does not distribute its surplus funds to owners or shareholders, but instead uses them to help pursue its goals.”
What are these goals then? They’ve continually borrowed to finance the move of Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo, and a few more big names to come, and in the hope of getting the most out of these from shirt sales, ticket sales, and other marketing factors to cover up these debts.
Once they’ve got the surplus, what will they spend on again? What are those goals?
All inputs are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Spend the surplus on training the team, developing their capabilities, getting more players to achieve the goal of “winning”
