Responding to a debt lawsuit

How do you respond to a lawsuit from a credit card company if you have setup payment arrangements with them after the suit was filed?

are they actually suing you? is the lawsuit in progress or have they just threatened u so far? If the lawsuit hasnt started yet, and you have a payment arrangement set up, I would call the credit card company and remind them of this, and follow up with a letter to them, and a copy of the payment arrangement showing them arrangements have been made…good luck
