debt by year

I have accrued 12,000 in debt my closing down by business this year after 2 1/2 years.?

My husband and I can’t not afford this extra debt. I am now out of a job (currently looking) and also newly pregnant. Should I (not my husband), just ME claim bankruptcy? please give me your suggestions
