debt assistance grants

How to receive some sort of subsidy or something ??!!?

I'm looking for some form of subsidy or financial assistance. I $ 1,200 of the school accounts to pay each time I think I can pay my bills starting to accumulate. Only things that I find is the subsidies for business or school. Are there loans or grants can only pay its debts? I'm looking for something reliable, thanks.
