How I can get your credit score is updated soon after paying credit cards?

Hi experts! I to pay my credit card debt in the hope to increase my FICO score before you refinance my student loan. I have really wanted to get refinanced loans As soon as possible my monthly payments are absurd. My problem is that even if I can pay my credit card debt off now, I know that the FICO score is not update for 2-4 weeks. I have read in some other posts in this forum that can make a few calls to run the credit report update process, but I do not understand very well that I should call and that's exactly what I mean. Is it call my issuing the credit card or there is an office should be contacted? anyone know any other choice but to call it better maybe? You can remove the inaccurate information, and then you have to wait. A letter from you will be placed on file.
