how do I get a loan with bad credit?

I have really bad credit like 529 score. I really need to get a personal loan from a bank or credit union but I have terrible credit. what bank or credit union or other place would give me a loan for $3500 with a co signer? NO SCAMS PLEASE. I am so sick of the nigerian etc smammers on here. I have lost money to you guys before!
