credit score mortgage shopping
When refinancing your home mortgage companies ….? check your credit score

My husband and I to refinance our home. We would like to turn for the best mortgage. The problem is … when you shop … different lenders check your credit score. We were told that decreases credit score after each consultation. Can someone with experience in lending to tell us what is best for everyone, without being "beaten" every time we look at refinancing our house?

You do not "see" Everytime your credit report is run. The scoring system allows to such purchases and will treat all requests in a period of time together. So, if you do make sure you do in a short period of time. You you can see all the polls that has been done, but the scoreboard does not look like 1, depending on your credit, you must have a minimum or no impact on your score. If you are really concerned about this issue is going to http://www.myfico.com and get your credit score based on each of the 3 reports by itself does not affect all punctuation. The FICO score is what most lenders use and can be checked with each lender if they accept your report at least pre-approval. Some companies and some used to accept a copy of your report. Even those who do is likely to still run before final approval, but until then, you know you are going.
