FHA Loans? What is the lowest score for credit approval?

I know my three scores are 582 / 636 / I and the last Not sure, because it has now declined Experian – Do you think I get approved for a loan of about $ 250 k I am employed more independent, 104k. My accountant was able to get my adjusted net income to $ 72 k. ……… Please help.

Most lenders have gone half an obligation of result 620, but there are a couple that go as low as 530 miles. The main obstacle is self-emission. FHA Guidelines (and all other loans the case) needs a two-year history of self-employment to qualify. You can also have a problem with your lower adjusted gross income, then once paid 72K of your tax critical. I know there are exceptions to the two-year history, if you are at least close to it.
