bad credit refinance home loans
Do I have to refinance the house after a divorce to get your name on the loan?

My husband and I bought our home, while we got married. The loan is for you. Now we're getting a divorce, I temporoary house in order and I am ready the house after the divorce is final. I can afford the payments on it without problem. He says I need to refinance the house and get the loan in my name, so you can take their name from the loan. My right of credit is very bad now, and I worry that it will not be approved for a loan. Will I have to sell the house? My father said he thinks my ex-husband's name still soon be in the loan, and if I can get a loan then I stay home with the loan in his name and comes face. Is this true? I'm worried I'll lose the house if you can not refinance. Please please help! I am a State of Texas by the way is a community property state, if any difference.

For her husband, the loan is to refinance. There is no alternative, unless it agrees to maintain the mortgage payments without you it would stupid. What if upset and decides not to make the payments, or are dismissed and can not afford to make payments? Your credit is screwed. It was not that "dealing with it," like his father. If you come home and makes his name on the loan, may sue and ordered it. If your credit is bad and will not be eligible for a loan, ask your colleagues from father to sign for you. If you can not or will not, and you can not refinance, you have to sell the house. There is no other solution.
