where to get a 15000 loan or line of credit for bad credit.?

i want to get 15000 to payoff some credit cards because the minimum payments is killing me and the debt is not coming down. does anyone know where i can get instant approval for this kind of loan or line? i need it for bad credit because my DTI is kind of high right now.
