bad credit home loans with no down payment

I am looking to buy a home, but I’m a first time home buyer, what can I expect to hear when I talk to an agent?

I have decent credit, not bad, but not great either. I make grossly about 32,000/year. Any ideas? I hear that there are ways to get home loans with no down payment.

you will be asked if have gotten a pre-approval letter from a lender.

you will need this first to get any respect from any agent. a pre-approval lettert ells he agent you have talked to a lender and you fit thier lending guidelines. It will also tell you how much you qualify for and can set a price range for you to shop… this is not a guarentee but it says if you can verify the information you gave the lender you are good to go.

as far as no money down you will find only govt programs allowing only 3% down and some down paymet assistance programs locally!
