Is the company Cuba Travel USA legitimate/reputable?
I’m a little worried about booking my ticket to Cuba through this company, since I’ve found just a few reviews of it, and results were both good and bad, but all were confusing.
Here’s the bad news: I got so excited about this trip that I sent them my credit card number to book the ticket without doing my research first. So I need to find out before Monday, when they’ll read my letter and charge my card. Pretty stupid of me, huh? :
Cuba Travel USA is reputable and legitimate but enables you to conduct acts which may fall foul of the Helms Burton Act.
This meant if you had a future grievance or problem with the company you could not do anything about it without risking attracting a Treasury fine of $4000+.
